​Welcome and let me tell you a little about myself

​For the past 24 years I have been teaching overseas as an international educator. I have experience in a variety of different ages, curricula as well as a wide range of online and in-person educational settings. Having taught on 3 continents over 2 decades has helped me develop a global perspective and understanding that influences my practices towards inclusion, accessibility and differentiated approaches to learning.
 
My education is as varied as my background in teaching. I finished my Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Educational Technology in 2023. My research was focused on student motivation toward learning in a novel design and approach to curriculum delivery. I have a Masters of Arts in Education with concentrations in Educational Technology and Sport Leadership and Coaching. My undergraduate degrees consist of a Bachelors in Education with a minor in International Education; a Bachelor of Arts in History, along with an Associates degree in Sport Science. This educational background has assisted me in forming a solid foundation in my methodological and pedagogical paradigms through a multitude of diverse learning environments.
 
These facets of my professional life have formed a remarkable environment filled with diversity and understanding through learning, which I look forward to continuing on this path as an experienced educator.
