The following are the courses that have ignited my interest as well as encompassed my goals and aspirations. Learning Technology by Design

CEP 817 explores the idea or concept of design as it relates to technology. The idea of good design vs. bad design is the theme of the course that through discussion and the "Big Kahuna" culminating project, we are able to witness the importance of the concept.

CEP 820 provides students with an opportunity to examine, experiment and discuss with peers, web 2.0 tools. These different components came together in the final project of creating an online unit with the idea of integrating the various web 2.0 tools to differentiate between learning styles and afford the opportunity for students to attain a strong educational opportunity.

CEP 813 - Spring 2012
Electronic Portfolios

CEP 813 deals with the importance of and creation of electronic portfolios. Throughout the course students were charged with creating their own electronic portfolio, while engaging with peers to help with feedback and design ideas. The end purpose is to have students in our classes create a web-based expression of themselves through their work online.

Teaching School Subject Matter with Technology

TE 831 is designed to offer a perspective on educational technology integration with sound pedagogical practice support. Throughout the course conceptual frameworks and strategies are discussed in relation to teaching subject matter through the concept of TPACK. Web 2.0 tools are utilized throughout this process and discussions on potential and appropriate use are addressed as well.
